Our Return Policy

INK REFILLS: All ink refills are guaranteed to work properly. If there’s an issue, bring back your cartridge and receipt within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. 

COMPATIBLE (NON-OEM) INK & TONER CARTRIDGES: Compatible (non-OEM) ink and toner cartridges are guaranteed to work properly. If there’s an issue with the performance of your cartridge, you are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days when accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase. Unopened and unused compatible ink and toner cartridges can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days when accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase. Once opened, compatible cartridges are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please check your cartridge numbers carefully before opening any packaging as we are not responsible when wrong cartridges have been purchased by mistake.

BRAND NAME (OEM) INK & TONER CARTRIDGES: Unopened and unused brand name (OEM) ink and toner cartridges can be returned or exchanged within 30 days when accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase, except where they have been discounted (expiring, repackaged, etc.) and are final sale. Once opened, brand name (OEM) cartridges are not returnable or exchangeable. Please check your cartridge numbers carefully before opening any packaging as we are not responsible when wrong cartridges have been purchased by mistake. If a manufacturing defect is experienced with a brand name (OEM) cartridge, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. Men In Ink accepts no responsibility for manufacturing defects on OEM cartridges and reserves the right to refuse a refund in this case. Special order items must be unopened, unused and accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase within 30 days. All special order items are subject to the Manager’s discretion for a refund or exchange and may not be returnable or exchangeable. We weigh all returned cartridges to ensure they are unused and contain the full amount of ink or toner and reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on this basis.

BULK INK: All bulk ink is final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: If no original receipt is presented or more than 30 days have passed since the original purchase, you may or may not receive a credit note for the item you wish to return based upon the return guidelines laid out above. Credit notes are valid on future Men In Ink purchases only and hold no cash value. We take no responsibility for lost receipts or credit notes. We reserve the right to refuse all refunds or exchanges at our discretion at any time, especially if the cartridge has been opened, tampered with, damaged or is missing ink/toner.
